cooking for busy mums’ choc chip slice with white chocolate and macadamia nuts
One of my favourite choc chip slice recipes is this one from cooking for busy mums. It is so easy to make in the Thermomix when you are able to melt butter and mix the ingredients all in the one bowl. It tastes delicious and freezes well so you can make it ahead of time.
I have made it with milk chocolate and dark chocolate which tastes great however my favourite is making it with white chocolate and macadamia nuts.
