pulled pork burgers with messy slaw, bbq sauce and brioche buns
We use pulled pork in a variety of ways – burgers, pies, pizzas, nachos, stir fry, toasted sandwiches, the list goes on. One of our favourites are pulled pork burgers… pork topped with our Messy Coleslaw along with one of our BBQ sauces all on a brioche bun. It’s great fresh but almost as good the next day.

- Smoked Pulled Pork or Slowcooker Pulled Pork
- Messy Coleslaw
- Basic BBQ Sauce or Espresso BBQ Sauce
- Brioche Buns
- Beer

- No secrets here – pile on the pulled pork atop the toasted brioche, top with the slaw, BBQ sauce and grab a beer because like all smoked meats pulled pork goes very nicely with your favourite brew.
