yummy pretzel, cranberry and white chocolate bark. sweet, salty, sour, crunchy – delicious!
Makes 3 to 4 gift sized serves. This chocolate bark recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
ingredients
- 180g white chocolate
- 50g pretzels
- 30g dried cranberries
directions
- Melt chocolate on the stove in a double boiler or microwave.
- Break or chop pretzels into small pieces.
- Stir through the broken pretzels and cranberries.
- Pour into a lined tin, smooth over until flat and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
- Break into bite size pieces.
Thermomix directions
- Add broken white chocolate to TM bowl. Mix for 10 seconds, speed 7.
- Heat at 50 deg, 2 minutes, speed 3.
- Add 30g dried cranberries and mix for 10 seconds, reverse soft speed.
- Pour into a lined tin, smooth over until flat and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Break into bite sized pieces.
