Thermomix conversion for snickers mini cakes by thefitfabfoodie
We really enjoy experimenting with natural sweeteners, raw and clean eating ingredients. We’re always on the hunt for new ideas and when we came across this mini snickers cakes recipe by thefitfabfoodie we had to give them a go. The base consists of nuts, salt and is brought together and sweetened by dates. The filling also contains cashews and dates along with tahini, cashew butter and few other flavour boosters. Much like a snickers bar the mini snickers cakes are topped off with crushed peanuts and chocolate. Delicious!
