red cabbage coleslaw with orange and cumin
We use this coleslaw whenever Pulled Pork is on the menu. Serve it as a side dish or pile it on top of pork in a burger bun with some BBQ sauce.
ingredients
- 200g red cabbage (green cabbage also works)
- 75g mayonnaise (we like to use Kewpie)
- 2 sliced pickles
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp toasted and ground cumin
- 2 tsp orange juice
- salt and pepper
directions
- Cut up the cabbage as coarsely as you like.
- Slice the pickles
- Mix together the remaining ingredients, add the cabbage, pickles and mix.
