After seeing the rave reviews this recipe got on twitter I thought you beauty… simple, easy to make, tastes great and the kids will love it. Well, I got the first 3 right.  In regards to the kids loving it well it just reaffirmed my suspicions that my boys are very fussy eaters! 

The end product is creamy, cheesy and sweet (from the evaporated milk). What more can a western palette ask for? Throw in some bacon bits and you’ve got a serious comfort food. It’s also great alongside those barbecued smoked meats and forms the basis for our mac n cheese loaf.
