homemade protein bars [whole30] by Fit Mitten Kitchen, converted for Thermomix
If you’re looking for a quick, easy and healthy snack then look no further than these homemade protein bars. For the ingredients head over to Fit Mitten Kitchen. The original recipe uses just four ingredients however we included the optional flavour add-ins and also adjusted the water amount to 6 tablespoons of water.
With Paleo bars retailing at super markets for $4.95 these bars are an easy and cheap alternative to keep in the fridge or for when you need a snack on the go. The bars are soft, chewy and incredibly filling.
