CADA coconut, apple, dates and almonds) plus pineapple
If you like piña coladas… And CADA (Coconut, Apple, Dates and Almonds) you will love this! I had some left over pineapple in the fridge and decided to substitute the dates for the pineapple. The result was a lovely juicy, crunchy, yummy breakfast. I topped with homemade yogurt. This breakfast piña colada is perfect for summer breakfast.
ingredients
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 apple, cored and quarter
10 whole almonds
2 tablespoons chopped pineapple
directions
Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse 2 to 3 times.
